How excited am I to introduce many of you to eating the KETO way!! I've been eating the Keto way for a couple of months now and I am very happy with the results. Of course you have to give to get a bit, but if you stick to it for at least 21 days you wont be disappointed.
Tips:
- Dont worry about Calorie Counting
- Learn how to count net carbs (ask me)
- Make this fun, and don't get too hard on yourself
- PREP PREP PREP
- Eat when you are hungry.
- Everyone's progress won't be the same as yours. DON'T compare
- Progress is progress.

- Name
- Gender
- Current Weight
- Measurements (Arms, Legs, & Thighs)
- Yes/No to sharing your progress at the end of the challenge.
- Provide me with photos of your full body front, back, & side (can be in whatever you feel is comfortable). Don't worry, I won't show these unless you allow me to do so.
FYI
- Since it looks like I have Men & Women joining this challenge, two prizes will be awarded. I don't think that it is fair to only choose one category! See yall soon :)
