Carmel Frap

Happy National Frappuccino Day!! I have a drink that will help you through the day as well as kick that sweet craving for you! This is going to save you some money! Save this for absolutely must need times, as this Frap is about 5 Net Carbs per drink. I hope you enjoy this recipe and share it with your friends and family!

Ingredients


· 12 Coffee Ice cubes (make these ahead of time)

· 1 cup coffee

· 3 tablespoons heavy cream

· 3 tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup

· 5 drops liquid stevia (or Truvia) extract

· 1/4 cup Whipped cream homemade or store-bought

· 1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel sauce Optional


Instructions


1. In a blender, add the coffee ice cubes, coffee, heavy cream, caramel syrup, and stevia.

2. Blend for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.

3. Take your cup and add a swirl of the caramel around the inside of the cup.

4. If you need to make whipped cream, While the drink is blending in the blender using a mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the cream until you get the consistency of whipped cream. Place the whipped cream in a pastry bag with a star tip.

5. Pour the frap into the cup and top it with the whipped cream.



Notes


Nutrition information is calculated without the Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce as it has ingredients that are not strict keto-friendly. When calculating nutrition information if you add the caramel sauce to the cup, be sure to check your label.


When adding in nutrition information for the Whipped Cream, go with the label you have or the calculations for your homemade whipped cream. The amount you put on top will determine the nutrition information for it.
