Keto Cheese Meatballs

You've read that right, CHEESE & MEAT! Two items that go perfectly together! Keto Cheese Meatballs are a little bit cheesy and a bit ballsy. They're super delicious and even easier to make. Need I say more? Enjoy!



Ingredients


· 1 lb Beef Mince (Ground Beef)

· 1 cup Cheese Mozzarella Works Best, But Cheddar Is Fine

· 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

· 1 tsp Garlic Powder

· 1/2 tsp Salt

· 1/2 tsp Pepper


Directions


1. Cut the cheese into cubes (1cm by 1cm)

2. Mix the dry ingredients with the ground beef

3. Wrap the cubes of cheese in mince (1 lb of mince should make about 9 Balls)

4. Pan-fry the meatballs. (Cover with a lid to capture the heat all around). Fingers crossed the cheese doesn't spill!
