Keto Wendy's Chocolate Frosty

Do you have a sweet tooth? Great, well, I have the solution for you! Me and my husband always try to make a dessert that can fit into our week, thus the Frosty was born! We tried this with normal cream first, CALORIE & CARB heavy! The coconut milk adds sweetness and cuts the calorie and carb count for a guilt free dessert. INGREDIENTS


· One, 14-ounce can full-fat coconut cream

· ¼ cup cacao or cocoa powder

· ½ teaspoon vanilla flavoring

· 1/8 c Xylitol (Birches) for taste


INSTRUCTIONS


1. In a large bowl or standing mixer, whip the coconut milk or heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

2. Gently fold or whisk the cocoa powder, vanilla flavoring, and optional Xylitol for taste.

3. Place mix in the fridge for 30 minutes.

4. Grab ¼ cup and enjoy!
