Quick Mug Cake

I like that years ago Duncan came out with brownies in a mug. OH how delicious are they?
What if you can still have your mug cake without the guilt of carb overload? YES, it's possible, and below is the recipe you need to make a delicious cake! This cake is fuifilling and will curb any sweet craving.

INGREDIENTS
· 2 large eggs
· 2 tbsps. full fat coconut milk
· 1 tbsp. nut butter, tahini or sunflower butter
· 1/2 tsp. baking powder
· 1/4 tsp. Pink Himalayan salt
· 1 tbsp. raw cacao powder (up to 3 tablespoons for a more chocolatey flavor)
· 10 drops liquid stevia (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large mug, whisk together the eggs, coconut milk and nut butter until well combined.
2. Add in the baking powder, salt and cacao powder. Mix to combine.
3. Microwave on high heat for 2 minutes. Use a kitchen towel to remove the mug from the microwave.
4. Let it cool off for a bit. It will be HOT!
