I don't know about you, but when I was a child, my two favorite things were Big Mac's and Sloppy Joes! I tend to look for my favorite foods when I think about making Keto Recipes. This mixture was pure deliciousness! I wanted seconds. I paired this with "cheese fries," (cauliflower with cheese) and it was an amazing night. Definitely husband and baby approved! I'm so thrilled to be sharing this with. I hope you enjoyed it just as much as we did.

Ingredients
Ground Beef Mixture
· 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, (85/15)
· 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
· Seasoning Blend 1 tbs each (Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika)
· 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Easy Big Mac Sauce:
· 2 Tbs Miracle Whip
· 1 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
Chaffle or Bread Mixture (Makes Two Buns)

Instructions
Chaffle (Or Bread if no waffle maker)
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl (almond flour, baking powder, egg, erythritol, mayo). Stir Well.
2. Lightly grease your pan (Pan spray for waffle maker, or coconut oil for a pan)
3. Add ½ of the mix.
4. The waffle make will take about 2 minutes to cook.
5. In a pan, it will take about 2 minutes per side. It will look like a pancake!
6. Remove from pan, and repeat.
Ground Beef & Big Mac Sauce
1. Brown your ground beef halfway, about 3-4 minutes, in your large skillet then add in the chopped onions, Seasoning Blend, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. While your beef is browning, mix in a separate bowl, the big mac sauce ingredient (Miracle whip & thousand island dressing).
3. Cook the beef until fully browned, about 3-4 minutes, then add in ½ of the Big Mac Sauce. Reserve the rest for your buns.
4. Cook 1 additional minute then serve on your Chaffle or Keto Bread with additional toppings.
5. How to Stack: Bun, Big Mac Sauce, Cheese, Meat, Lettuce, bun!
