Quick Keto Chili

A lot of individuals lately have told me that they don’t have enough time to cook. Trust me, I’m in that same boat! I have a full-time job, a family to tend to, a blog to run, as well as keeping my fitness up! I’m here to deliver you a 10-minute recipe for Keto Chili. Of course, you aren’t going to get the robust flavor of Chili that’s been simmering for hours! This will fix your craving and provide you a meal over the week!



Ingredients


· 1 lb lean ground beef (or turkey)

· 1 tsp ground cumin

· 1 tsp ground coriander

· 1/2 tsp ground cayenne (optional)

· 1/2 tsp garlic powder

· 1/2 cup prepared salsa (I used Pace Mild)

· salt and pepper to taste


Instructions


1. In a medium saucepan, combine the ground beef and all of the spices.

2. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

3. When the meat is cooked through, add your salsa.

4. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Optional garnishes: red onion, cilantro, avocado, lime, cheese, sour cream, corn, peppers
