Cream Cheese Pancakes

These pancakes are light, fluffy, and super easy to make. Pair these with a sugar free syrup or make a breakfast roll up! Carbs can vary based off the cream cheese you use. Try to find a cream cheese that has 1g carb per ounce.



Ingredients

· 2 oz cream cheese

· 2 eggs

· 1 tsp granulated sugar substitute

· 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions


1. Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth.

2. Let rest for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle.

3. Pour 1/4 of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter or pam spray.

4. Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side.

5. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
