Jalapeno Bacon Chicken Bake

I took a combination of the jalapeno chicken & wrapped bacon chicken & came up with this recipe. Its one of my favorites and super simple! It's a five ingredient recipe with so much flavor! I hope you like it just as much as I did. In a hurry, you can use canned chicken or rotisserie chicken from the store.



Ingredients


· 2 Chicken Skinless Chicken Breast (Sliced in 4 pieces)

· 4 Jalapeno Peppers (more if you like heat)

· 1 pack of Cream Cheese - 8 oz

· 1 cup Cheddar Cheese

· 7 - 10 Bacon Strips


Instructions


1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

2. Line your bacon up on a pan & bake until crispy, rough chop.

3. Boil your chicken in your favorite seasonings (ex. Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder). About 30 minutes until no longer pink. Rough chop and set aside. Save broth of chicken.

4. Finely chop and de-seed your jalapenos]

5. Prepare a large skillet on low for your chicken mixture

6. Add Cream cheese, 1/2 cup broth (or water), chopped jalapenos, bacon, and cheddar, mix well.

7. Place gooey mixture in a 9x13 pan (or whatever you have on hand). Place in oven for 15 minutes. Until cheese is completely melted and golden on top.
