90 Second Keto Bread

So I’ve tried this recipe before. I was definitely un amazed at how eggy and gritty the bread was. I kept trying to put something on it to taste better. I finally resorted to using cinnamon butter!

it then clicked in my head, I like bread because of SUGAR! Why don’t I just add some low carb sugar to the mix?!! GENIUS! I like Truvia brand, it’s made with cane sugar and Erythritol for better flavor.


Im so excited to be sharing this recipe with you all. I think for sure that you’ll love it just as much as me! Get ready grilled cheese, tuna melts, sandwiches! The bread that you’ve missed is here to stay! Enjoy.



INGREDIENTS


- 3 TBS Almond Flour

- 1/2 TBS Truvia

- 1 TBS Melted Butter

- 1/2 TSP Baking Powder

- 1 egg

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 Ramekin or Mug (make sure it’s microwave safe)



INSTRUCTIONS


1. Melt the butter in the desired tool (ramekin/mug)

2. Add the Almond flour, Truvia, Baking Powder, Egg, and Sat to the Ramekin/Mug.

3. Stir until evenly blended. The consistency should look like Applesauce!



4. Throw this in the microwave for 90 seconds.

5. Take out of microwave and let cool (don’t touch the ramekin with your bare hands).



6. Cut the bread in half and toast if desired!



*Note* The bread should be light and airy, also porous!



The almond flour can be substituted for coconut flour and coconut oil instead of butter.
