Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Every time I go to Red Lobster (which is minimal) I find myself eating about 4-6 of these biscuits [There's no shame in my game]. Since I've explored the Keto lifestyle, I always try to find ways to eat what I still love in a low carb version. These biscuits yield just two net carbs a piece, so feel free to indulge a bit. INGREDIENTS
· 4 eggs beaten
· 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
· 1 cup almond flour
· 2 tsp baking powder
· 1 tsp garlic powder
· black pepper
· 2 tbs Butter (your choice)
· 1 tbs finely chopped fresh parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, cheddar cheese, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.

3. Use a large spoon or cookie dough scoop to portion out 10 biscuits and place them on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat.

4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are cooked through.

5. Transfer them to a serving bowl or platter, then spread butter over the warm biscuits.
6. Sprinkle some finely chopped fresh parsley over the biscuits, then serve.
