Keto Fathead Dough

This dough is super easy to make and it's extremely versatile. So far, I've used it to make pizza, biscuits, hot pockets, and pigs in a blanket! I will advise you wear gloves and have some water handy to keep the dough from completely meshing itself to your hands! I hope you enjoy this recipe just as much as I did.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
1 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
1 large egg
Seasonings of choice to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a microwave safe mixing bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds - 1 min .
3. Combine using a fork until evenly mixed.
4. Add the almond flour and egg and combine as thoroughly as possible. If it does not combine well microwave for another 20 seconds.
5. Add additional herbs and spices as necessary
6. Switch to a spatula if necessary and combine.
7. Pour the dough onto a piece of parchment paper. If it is not evenly combined use your hands to incorporate everything. (Gloves & water would help at this point)
Dough should start to feel like biscuit dough. At this point you are free to use it any way you see fit! Enjoy!
